What We Do

PFCCpartners has implemented hundreds of patient/family engagement programs across health system settings. From national improvement programs to small rural hospitals and everything in between. We bring experience engaging patients and family caregivers in highly technical collaborations – including research and measure development. 

Our mission is to support the learning and transformation of our complex system through community engagement. We achieve this with an equally complex array of partnerships, programming, research, and collaborations that catalyze progress toward a person-centered health system. 

We work within a wide range of scoped projects and budget sizes. Due to the complexity of our work and our organization’s mission; we are not able to provide pricing for services here. Each of our projects have a unique scope, objective, and population to engage.

As PFCCpartners opens space in the health care system, the PFAnetwork helps fill that space.

We convene a national community of people utilizing their lived experiences with the health care system. It’s resources, trainings, peer support, and community activities are free for any patient/family advisor. The PFAnetwork also connects its members with the growing number of opportunities for them to share their story. Health care professionals who wish to connect with the PFAnetwork can also submit a partnership form.
