Quality Improvement Organizations (QIO)

Quality Improvement Networks (QIN) are funded by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to evaluate and improve the health care services provided to Medicare beneficiaries.  From 2014 to 2019, PFCCpartners designed and implemented patient family engagement programs in all fourteen QINs, under subcontract to the National Coordinating Center.  Starting in early 2020, PFCCpartners provides technical assistance to implement, monitor and facilitate effective patient family advisory councils in the following QINs:
