Across Sutter Health, is a care gap for patients to access dermatology. In some geographic areas, patients can wait up to six months for an appointment. By utilizing virtual technology, Sutter can provide patients with improved access to quality dermatology care in a faster, more convenient, and affordable way. Sutter Patient Family Advisors provided input on the parts of this platform that connect with the patient prior to launching this service to the public.
