A Message from PFCCpartners
Regarding COVID-19

PFCCpartners is committed to the health and well-being of communities. In response to the evolving effects of COVID-19, PFCCpartners is taking the following actions until further notice.

  • All staff will work remotely from home to maintain social distancing.
  • All employee travel has been cancelled.
  • Speaking engagements have been postponed or cancelled.
  • Cancelled in-person training events.
  • The PFCC Conference will be hosted virtually.

PFCCpartners offers the following support for our communities:

  • Provide guidance and support in developing public communications to any healthcare system, quality improvement organization, research team or other healthcare stakeholders. As advisors, our staff will be glad to provide the patient perspective on efforts to respond to COVID-19.
  • Fight feelings of isolation and join our online Yammer community, virtual meetings, send an email or give us a call. Reach out, we are here!
  • PFAnetwork members who are leading efforts in their communities to decrease social isolation can use the PFAnetwork Yammer and Zoom platforms to support connections. Reach out to inquire.
  • A commitment to disseminate credible information to the PFAnetwork members with a request to share with the public in their communities.

2020 PFCC Conference Update

The 2020 PFCC Conference on September 21 and 22, 2020 will now be hosted virtually.  We look forward to the day we can reconvene in-person once that is deemed safe and appropriate.  But this year, we will need to share and learn from each other at a distance.  So this event will feature two half-day virtual events on 9/21 and 9/22.

The deadline to submit proposals for the event is Friday, May 15th.  We encourage proposals that highlight current and ongoing efforts to address the COVID-19 outbreak.  Selected proposals will be creatively adapted to be delivered using video conferencing software.  The criteria for proposal selection will not change.

We will be sending more updates with further details in the following weeks.  If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact Laura Jackson at

We wish you well and healthy!
