The 8th Annual PFCC Conference will be held on March 12, 2018 at the California Endowment Center in Los Angeles, CA. Join us for an interactive day of shared learning about best practices in Person Family Centered Care.  Learn from patients, families, peers and colleagues currently implementing PFCC practices across healthcare settings.

Who should attend:

An interdisciplinary approach is a central component of Patient Family Centered Care. Involvement of all members of the care team is imperative: patients, family members, parents, allied health care professionals, physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, spiritual service, palliative care representatives and hospital administrators. Interdisciplinary teams from organizations are encouraged to attend.
